THIS IS NOT A PERFECT TRANSCRIPTION. this is how i play it. usually.
i'm not hearing a lot of majors or minors here, but then again, my ears
aren't what they used to be. the [bracketed] chords in the verse are
what i play when i play it on guitar (thats 022xxx / 355xxx / 577xxx
if you're in standard tuning). the pre-chorus i usually play them both
as either triads or sus2 chords (D:x5x77x C:x3x55x or Dsus2: x5775x 
Csus2: x3553x). for the chorus i usually play the C for 6 beats and 
the A for 2, but it sounds okay with a bar to a chord. seeing as how
the song has pretty minimalist drums (ie, this is not something you 
need a trap-set for, just a tom-tom or maybe even a big waterjug,) 
this would prolly be a good coffehouse song. (just get some 
sleighbells.) -d.
